PUTTING INFECTION PREVENTION & CONTROL SOLUTIONS FIRST!

In association with

NHSI

Welcome to the Infection Prevention & Control show @ Patient First,  a two day dedicated conference and exhibition supporting nurses, doctors and infection prevention and control professionals looking for solutions to prevent infection and improve care.

We know that Healthcare Associated Infections (HCAI) are estimated to cost the NHS £1billion a year and that healthcare professionals are constantly looking for ways to improve patient care, reduce infections, and reduce associated cost.

Yet providers are being pushed more and more to reduce costs and find savings, without impacting on patient safety.  Patient First and the Infection Prevention Conference will provide the community of healthcare professionals desperately seeking solutions with practical solutions they can implement immediately and for the future.

So, although the ticket price is £399 + VAT, we will be distributing a number of education grants to qualifying healthcare professionals to allow delegates to attend without cost.

We are circulating education bursary codes to CCG's, Trusts and Care Homes. Please speak to your Medical Director, Head of Nursing or Head of Department to obtain yours. If you have not been allocated a pass through your work place please email theo.ruby@closerstillmedia.com to ascertain the availability.

This year the conference programme will be led by an advisory board of leading IPC experts to help deliver a dedicated programme of the very best infection control content. View the full panel here

  • “We’ve had an excellent show. We’re officially launching in January, so we came here to help raise awareness of the new company. We’ve been overwhelmed by the response from A&E, infection control, theatre staff and even from other companies. We’ve got lots of quality leads to follow up with. It’s been great.”
John Catton, Company Director, Eco International
  • “This has been a really good show. It’s the right audience for us and the delegates have absolutely loved our technology. A great show.”
Steve Bailey, Clinical Product Specialist, B Braun Medical
  • “This has been a really good show for us. It’s our fi rst time here and we’ve met the right people and got lots of leads. It’s been great to showcase our products and to see people we would never have met otherwise.”
Alison Weller, Area Sales Manager, Frontier Medical
  • “There’s a great variety of exhibitors here and I’ve got lots of good information to take back. I’ve been able to pick up some good ideas which we’ll be able to implement, so it’s been a very good show for me.”
