2. How much is the delegate pass?

£399 + VAT for one and/or two days entrance to the event. We are aware that training and education budgets will be as tight as they’ve ever been, so thanks to the partnerships with sponsors and exhibitors, we are distributing a limited number of delegate places. Each hospital in the UK will received a voucher code to allow up to 5 heads of departments, 3 patient safety staff, 5 medical staff and 10 nursing staff – worth £25,500 to attend without cost.

3. Am I eligible for a voucher code / discount?

If you work within a NHS hospital you should be able to access a voucher code through your Head of Department or Training & Education Manager.

Education codes will be available and distributed soon.

5. How do I transfer my delegate pass?

You will need to call the booking line to transfer places when it opens in July

6. Can the pass be used for one person on Day 1, and another person on Day 2?

Yes. You will need to register individually stating which day you wish to attend (either the 21st or 22nd of November) when prompted on the registration system.

7. What if I register but can’t attend - is there a non-attendance fee?

Please note, there is a £99 + VAT non-attendance fee should your voucher code be redeemed and registered and not used. Delegate passes can be transferred up to the day of Patient First should work / personal circumstances change and attendance not be possible. If you do not transfer your pass, then you will be invoiced for £99 + VAT unless you cancel your place before 8th November 2017.

8. Can I register on the day?

Yes, you can register on the day, and the above mentioned fees will apply. If your place of work has been allocated an education pass that waives the entrance fees, it may be possible to apply the education pass, providing that they have not all been used.

9. When is the event?

Tuesday 21st November 9:00am - 6:00pm. Registration opens from 08.30 Doors open 9:00 – 17.30 (Free networking drinks reception - 19:00)
Wednesday 22nd November 9:00am - 4:30pm. Registration opens from 08.30 Doors open 9:00 – 16.30 close

11. Where do I get travel and accommodation information from?

12. Can I watch the Patient First  sessions again and will I get CPD

Yes attendees will be given log in details to the Learning Archive four weeks after the show to watch sessions again and your attendance certificate will be emailed to you a week after the event.

13. What involvement do the sponsors have with the event?

Patient First is supported by educational grants from various NHS bodies and private companies, but please note they have not influenced the meeting content or the choice of speakers unless stated otherwise on the programme.

14. Childcare

The Exhibition is a trade event and the nature of the exhibits during the open period will reflect this, as such it is not a suitable environment for children. There is crèche available at ExCeL and places must be booked at least 1 week in advance by calling +44(0) 800 0838 853.
